Cracked Carbon or just bubbling transfer

Hi,
I bought a Boardman team carbon about a year ago and recently noticed a blemish/bubble on the frame. I'm not sure it's anything to worry about but iv been hearing stories about carbon failing. It seems to be right under the sticker/transfer. Is this common? how can I tell if it's a defect in the carbon? can't seem to upload a pic as the file is too big for some reason

Upload the picture to a photo hosting website such as photobucket and then copy the url of the image then paste it into the middle of the bracketed Img bits using the button above the post a reply box.0

All materials can fail. Unless you've hit it very hard or crashed it - I doubt it is a structural fault.0
