At first glance it looks like an upgrade of the Garmin Edge Touring but it isn't. It is the size of the Garmin 1000 (Garmin Touring the size of the Garmin 800) and seems to do almost everything the Garmin 1000 does albeit with a slightly different user interface,
As far as I can make out, they've just produced something like the 1000 but without Strava segments?

It's so close to the 1000 to be almost pointless unless there's a 1010 imminent. If anyone from Garmin is reading, bigger battery or accessible charging point to connect an external battery please.0
