"Luckily" I only get harassed by WVM and Postal vans, but never people on foot. What's the worst pede-rage incident you've experienced?

What a cowardly tool, hope they find him. He must be really butch to run after a woman and push her over, pick on someone your own size springs to mind.0

What an absolute piece of shit that man is.
Still, nearly got involved in some pedestrian on cyclist violence myself yesterday, BSO's being ridden two abreast down the pavement towards me as I walked along to the shops, forcing me onto the grass verge. There's a shared use route along the whole pavement, but this was on the brief section where it forks into a narrower non-cyclist bit (which I was on) that remains level versus the shared use that continues down and back up from an underpass. Fortunately, being a nice guy I just made a non-rude gesture. That taught them.0 -
I'd like to see him try that with me!
Although on a side note, why has it taken since May 1st for the plod to release the footage?0 -
Just goes to show that no matter how right you are, giving gestures isn't a good idea. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.Veronese68 wrote:PB is the most sensible person on here.0 -
Given the amount of coverage this has had it won't take long to find him.0

isnt that an assumption though, we dont see the gesture,so it could have been something as simple as she just used her index finger to point at the guy telling him to keep away.
I dont know about others, but I dont tend to flip the bird at pedestrians just like that even if they are being idiots, however I have encountered many people flip out when told to do something different to what they are doing.0 -

If you have to give a gesture, best be prepared for possible consequences. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Yeah, well, you had to, didn't you? You had to stand up for what you stood for, didn't you? I mean, the only time I remember a similar occasion was, I was in, errm, I was at Spurs, Tottenham Hotspurs.
DEREK:
Yeah.
CLIVE:
I was watching a game against Arsenal, and this bloke come up to me and said, "Hello".
DEREK:
Oh no .....
CLIVE:
And I thought, "Christ!"

Social media doing in two days what the police didn't do in three months.
Makes you proud doesn't it.0 -

Remembering that it was the police who put out the video exactly for that purpose.0 -

I bet they'd have found him a bit quicker if he owed them money.0
