Rim width vs tyre shape

I'm just wondering, if you keep the same tyre, but change wheels and increase rim width, then how does the shape of the tyre change in terms of width and height?
I remember seeing somewhere a simple diagram comparing the same tyre on multiple rims and you could see the effect it had on how wide the tyre was and how tall it was.

Do you mean this diagram?
I use 23mm Vittoria Open Corsa CX's and Rubino Pro's on my HED Belgium Plus rims and they come up to the same width as the rim (25mm). The height increases slightly but on my frame i wouldn't get a 25mm tyre on them.
23mm tyres on the HEDs is a really good combination IMHO.0
