Best Bike, Minimum 105, Carbon & Hydraulic Discs

Hi All,

Looking to get a new Road Bike with at least 105 groupset, carbon frame and hydraulic discs. Been looking at the following. Wasn't expecting to have to part with £2k for this. Anybody know of any gems by smaller brands etc that I have overlooked. All opinions welcomed on the performance of the below bikes, good or bad.

A friend of mine recommended Ribble, is the model you posted Hydraulic?

Yes, but you can spec it how you want. With Ultegra hydraulic groupset it's coming in at just over £1700.

No experience of their carbon bikes myself but there seems to plenty of happy owners.

Focus Cayo 4.0 Disc. SRAM Rival, but still has hydraulic discs. Quite a bit more racy than the bikes which have been mentioned so far.

There is also the Cayo 3.0, which costs a little more, but comes with 6800 Ultegra and hydraulics. This would be my pick over any of the bikes mentioned so far.
