Just found my first ever post.

I have a Skymatocrit of 12.2%
When discussing Frenchies Skymatocrit, we have to take into account that he was posting here for two and a half years before Sky even raced their first race.....

I was going down the last page wondering what could have caused such a sweet and innocent young university student considering buying his first singlespeed to morph into his current self. Whatever it was, it must have been traumatic.
And then the first post made me chuckle.0 -

I'd like to find my first post, but I've clearly had a 'colourful' past as far as the forum is concerned and I'm not quite sure where to start...0 -
Silence descends as posters rewrite history. My first was a shocker.May I humbly thank and congratulate posters to this thread for their informed contributions, their unimpeachable grammer, brevity, and saintly courtesy....a rare 100% loyal Pro Race poster. A poster boy for the community.0

If there was one scinta of self-awareness in Tucker, he'd be eating crow pie for having puffed off his beloved Kenyan runners' success as being all natural and down to their genes0 -

I think my first post on here was a 'what bike' post when I was starting to get back into cycling again after a 12 year break. Everything had changed and I didn't know what was good or bad anymore!0

This is from one of my first posts on the pro race forum in 2008:Original Poster: we (Britain) can win all these cycling golds at the Olympics, yet we don't produce any serious contenders for the tour?Me: I seem to remember someone saying during this year's TdF that there may be an all British team in the 2010 tour. Not sure if I imagined that or mis-heard.
That makes me feel old.0 -
Ah yes the halycon days of WMB forum with FozzyBear braking everything he rode... *sniff*
I started posting under a different name on the old C+ Forum before the great ACF schism. Spen, Ravenbait, all of those. There was some wild forum politics in those days."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

You were quite the source for a natty handbag at one time, too. Could have done with a few at the Tour this year - with a collective one for certain areas of French media and fans, for a start...0 -

It was actually the memory of Greased's superior handbag photo library that lured me back0 -
I've been on here for ten years. I don't think you can find my first post but it was probably along the lines of "what bike should I get".
I don't get much time to use the forum anymore hence not reaching 30k posts...0 -
Looks like I opened up in 2007 with an attempt at a joke:
Can we expect Vino and Rasmussen to both use Tyler’s missing twin excuse to protest their innocence…? Vino to explain the foreign blood in his system, and Rasmussen to explain how he came to be in Mexico and Italy at the same time....
It was a new thread as well... which achieved zero replies.0 -
I was one of the few who migrated from the wastelands of the old Procycling forum.
I was more prolific on there but have slipped in recent times. So respect to FF.0
