I have these
WTB Cross Boss TCS Tyre 700c Folding Bead 35mm
and these
HED Ardennes Plus SL Centerlock Disc Road Wheelset ShimanoSRAM 11 Speed
I'm cycling 50/50 roads and cycle/gravel/woodland paths
In the first couple of hundred miles I got a flat, but it was outside of my normal commute in an area I was reluctant to go.
Wasn't much choice on the tyres when I purchased the bike, I'm just wondering if there are better choices for me? not sure what performance gains are to be had, probably could get faster on the road, but don't want to lose grip off road.

not had Cross Boss on my CX, they have a fairly close packed tread patten, and broadly similar to the Racing Ralphs/Tracer Pro I have on my CX bike. I find them quick on and off road, they are probably (just) faster but more fragile compared to the Cross Boss.0

Thanks,
Got another flat today, second flat in 300 miles.
Instead of thinking about faster tyres, I'm going tubeless with the Cross Boss instead.0 -
Turns out my front tyre had too many air leaks in it to go tubeless, they don't do the same WTB Cross Boss - so instead getting 2 x Specialised Tracer Pro.0
