Cube Peloton Sl 2015 fitting front brake
Hi
Building up my new winter bike with bits from the parts bin. Trying to fit an Ultegra 6700 front brake but the 32 mm pivot nut isn't long enough. The fork is very wide to match the chunky head tube (1 1/2 "). Had a look online and 32 mm is the longest available. The bolt is 52.5 mm which I think is also the longest available. Does the Cube come with a proprietary part? Is it possible to buy a longer pivot nut (would need to be a least 50 mm)?
Thanks

Found one source that offers a 50mm brake pivot nut. (About halfway down the web page on the LHS)
http://www.torontocycles.com/Selling/V-Brakes_and_Shoes.html
Only drawback is they are based in Toronto. $Can7.25 for Titanium and $Can4.35 for Aluminium. If Cube can't help out then the Canadian option might be your only source.0 -

That looks perfect - thanks. Shipping is only $5. I've emailed Cube so will see if they reply before ordering one.0
