As in the description !

I've seen a website somewhere that would import a route from Strava or somewhere and then play it with google street view - in real time ?

Anyone remember what it was ? I know it seemed a great idea at the time...

Handy for looking at routes whilst on a turbo or whatever.

    Very unsure about this, but I think Tacx Bushido/Genius will do this with Tacx TTS 4 software. Imports a file from Google Earth, and links it to the trainer, sort of a real time view, and automatic variable resistance to replicate climbing. You need a special Google licence for the Google Earth bit.

    Hmmm - its not that - it wasnt trainer specific - just a website you'd have open and set at whatever speed you want - so not exactly realistic but kind of handy for getting used to a course ?

    I typed website that converts cycle route int video into google and got:
    http://www.bkool.com/bike-trainer-simulator
  • This website sounded really useful for me (who has ended up down some pretty technical trails on a road bike!) so I went looking and found this:

    http://brianfolts.com/driver/

    Thanks to this website:

    I would like to point out one of the comments;
    Pro-tip: Let it play/load the photos, then click on the blue bar and hold it back until it is all yellow, then it will play like a video.
