Noises after every ride

Hi All,
I've had a Cannondale hardtail for a couple of months. On the first couple of rides I had issues with it and don't think it was setup particularly well. I had it serviced and some new RockShox put on the front. After this it seemed perfect. Now after every ride I am experiencing noises of some description. I am riding it fairly hard through woodland trails but as a novice I can't imagine I am pushing it at all to the limits of what the bike could handle...
- Clunking noises coming from chain under load
- Rotary noises and creaking on front wheel
I am putting this down to things just settling in as I feel I am maintaining it fairly well. I'll probably take it back to the LBS for them to have a look but wondered if anyone had any pointers that I could add to the maintenance...

MTB's often make noises, mud and muck getting places is an obvious one, especially with the disc brakes, you just need to kepe on top of it, you need to learn to do stuff DIY as an MTB wll usually need some minor tweaking after every decent ride.Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0
