My friend did similar a couple of weeks back except he went more front on pinning his glasses into his face, black eye from those lovely bruise on his head an a broken elbow.
Armour or even a small pack would have helped reduce those cuts to the back. I ride with an EVOC pack with a spine protector in it, ive bailed a couple of times an it works pretty well.0 -
