You can use what you find available, given the scarcity... I'd say an RS 80 should be compatible. Not the easiest rebuildleft the forum March 20230

Unless there's loads of play when you try to adjust the pre-load I'd just gently polish the worst of the pitting using something like Silvo/Brasso, then put new bearings in and run it as is - perhaps with a slightly heavier grease. You will need to replace the bearings a bit more often but it's the easiest way round this until the rim wears out and you can justify replacing the wheel tbh.FFS! Harden up and grow a pair0

It might insult you for me to suggest this... but I would check the wear dot/rim surface carefully before embarking on any extra work. I rode my RS80s through all kinds of weather and, when the rims were eventually knackered (noticeably concave with the wear dot on the edge of visibility) the hubs were still in great shape without a single service. Hence, if you rear hub is actually worn out, I wouldn't be surprised if the rim was very close to being binned too.0

Miche do 20H rear hubs got one in fact for this kind of thing. You will need to make sure your rim is not worn though. I would not expect the resulting wheel to be especially stiff but it cant be much worse than the original. I would rebuild with sapim race spokes or DT comps. In reality though you might as well go with a new rim that is wider and stiffer.http://www.thecycleclinic.co.uk -wheel building and other stuff.0

Thanks, no amount of polish is going to sort this out, the wheel doesn't have many miles on it so the rim is fine.
I was trying to find a hub that would allow me to rebuild the wheel with no extra cost, ie spokes0
