Keep a watch on the Paul MIlnes site. They have Genesis steel frames both disc and non-disc, often at good discounts. Currently have a Volare F+F at £450 but only in a size 50cm

I've purchased both alloy and steel frames from them in the past and can't fault them.
Also if you call them directly they will often offer additional discounts, free headset fitting etc as they will avoid the Ebay fees on a direct sale.0 -

If you know what you're doing, forum classifieds and eBay can get you something very nice indeed, but if you want something currently in production, Genesis as above would be a good choice. What sort of frame do you want?0
