decent bike hire in the Forest of Dean?

I'm off to the Forest of Dean with the family for a week and would like to hire a half decent bike for couple of hours hoon round the woods. Can anyone recommend a place?

Pedal a bike away does good bike hire, for not to insane prices friendly staff and they are based on the trail head!

I second pedal away bikes. they rent out cube`s. full suspension and hard tails.
they are just at the start of the blue and red routes
