Brooks saddle bag

Does anyone know where they make brooks saddle bags. I believe the saddles are made in Birmingham. I have just got a b17. Would like to get a leather bag. I've read that (some) saddle bags are made in China! How is that possible from brooks England. Anyway I've also read that the saddle bags are made in Manchester. Does any know anymore? I Want to buy British. Don't want any made in China nonsense on the back of my bike.
