Bike fit revisit

How many of you have had a second bike fit and after what period of time?
I had mine over a year ago and since then have bought a new bike and lost some more weight.
What got me thinking is that I haven't really adjusted my bike much as I haven't been able to go on really long bike rides or train that much now we have had another new addition to the family.
To add to that, I swopped over from SPD-SL to SPD yesterday and remembered that the bike fitting also included cleat adjustment. I have tinkered with the cleats on the turbo to find a comfortable position.
But wondered since the initial first bike fitting, when you went back to the second one what changed?
I guess a lot of factors can come into play in regards to how much a person has progressed, if you have taken up more endurance rides/racing etc or even just trying to identify niggling injuries.
I'm just debating whether it is worth spending the few hundred quid to get a "follow up" bike fit and maybe leaving it a bit late in the year considering autumn and winter is just round the corner.
The bike I bought after my bike fit was a Canyon Endurace which I preferred to a more upright riding position compared to a more racier stance.

You've not mentioned if you are suffering from any issues or niggles?0

A follow up fit (at the same place) is usually substantially cheaper so if you are getting niggles and aches then maybe worth a visit. If not I'd just save your money.Trainer Road Blog: https://hitthesweetspot.home.blog/

No issues as such. Just the new Giro MTB shoes I have installed instead of the SPD-SL. Im just wondering if I need a proper cleat set up as my old Road shoes had some shims in them.
I no longer have pain in my left knee or any back pain. So the previous bike fitting helped a lot. As well as stretching etc.N2 - SW1
