I have SRAM Force groupset but with some own brand calipers. They're fine but they're a bit more fiddly than I'm used to. Hard to centre and the cable bolt is a tiny allen bolt. So I'm looking to upgrade.

Ultegra are cheaper than Force - will the cable pull be the same for the brakes ?

Or are Force a better caliper than Ultegra ?

Thanks

I have Apex brakes on one bike & Force brakes on the other and IME except for the weight there is no difference between them, both are good stoppers.

Should be the same for 6700 model but maybe not the newer 6800

They're fine. I run Force 22 on my main bike with Shimano 105 direct mount callipers one of which is mounted under the BB. Both brakes work fine.
I ride a bike. Doesn't make me green or a tree hugger. I drive a car too.
