3 point rack

As the title, looking for a 3 point pannier rack, doesn't need to take a huge amount of weight as it's just going to be for commuting duties. Any recommendations?

    Thanks Monty, but I'm not sure it will work. It's to go on a mountain bike with 2.0" tyres.
