BB30 adaptor - Rotor/Wheels Manuf/KCNC?

Looking for anyone's experiences with the most recent iterations of the above BB30 adaptors.
I recently picked up a CAAD10 frame/fork from Westbrook and am building it up with Ultegra 6800, including a semi-compact crank. There's no way I'm springing for the SiSL2 crank (which is standard or compact only anyway), while the new SL2 crank they're fitting to the CAAD12 will no doubt take forever to hit the market as a standalone component.
Bought the Cannonade/FSA internal adaptor with the frame, but just can't get past the feeling that a full BB solution is probably a better option (plus I can then use the Shimano BB on my Canyon).
Any thoughts?

I have an FSA sleeve bonded into my BB shell and using the standard 6800 BB with it. I wanted a permanent solution and so far its been perfect.0
