2 days in Windermere - not too technical!

Hi. We've got 2 full days in Windermere next weekend. We're at an age where we no longer bounce so well and have very little technical skills/experience riding rocky stuff. (more used to the South & North Downs). So looking for ideas for some off-road routes which are interesting but not too technical. Also options if the weather is crap!
I see from 'Mountain Biking in the Lake District' book there is a 'Tour of Windermere' (route 22) (which could be split via ferry if we wanted) or some routes to North East of Windermere round Garburn/Kentmere or (routes 12/18) or South East round Winster (route 9) or we could get ferry to west side of lake round Claife Heights (route 11) or Loughrigg Fell to the north.
So seem spoilt for choice for potential options but not sure how technical they will be or which option to choose with only 2 'riding days' available.
Any suggestions gratefully received.
PS - does anyone know if GPX files are available for any of the routes in "Mountain Biking in the Lake District" Book?
