Woop, end of the week!
Just had breakfast, got something wholegrain for lunch as the nurse told me off.
Being chauffeured down to Guildford for a wedding this afternoon, do I need a passport to go that far south?

I'm only a few miles from Guildford, I think you'll be OK as long as you promise to sod off afterwards :P
End of the week indeed and what's more after today I'm not at work again until the 24th August 8)
Had a great ride on the BFe last night round the local trails but I was a little concerned to see that the MOD had fenced of large areas of land as they'd found large concentrations of heavy metal  Kept thinking that I'd bump into this lot
Collecting a new mountain bike for Mrs 77 on the way home and then pizza and vino"Arran, you are like the Tony Benn of smut. You have never diluted your depravity and always stand by your beliefs. You have my respect sir and your wife my pity"

working from home today, not going as well as I would have hoped
Bright side, later is the pub, if I ever get off this call I'm on (and obviously bored as I'm posting on here)!0 -
Last day of holiday. :-(
Going to the beach in San Diego and sorting out a few bits and pieces before packing and an early start tomorrow morning to arrive home on Sunday. Been an amazing couple of weeks, need a rest now.0 -
Woke up with lots of aches and pains including the grazed hip and elbow that seemed to have been missed. Managed a soft 35 miler in lovely weather - quite inclement for the time of year, despite the mangled body. Felt good. Now sufferin'. Pity I can't call The Swedish Babes with big Noorks Au Pair Company as I have to summon the energy to feed toots, wash 'em and pop them to bed.
Thing 2 is 3 today. Assembled a bike for her yesterday. Wheel bearings were so tight the front wheel didn't spin. Pedals were so stiff it took half a bucket of Finish line to get them to revolve. Headset was over tight and the h'bars wouldn't budge and the rear brake caliper was about falling off. You should read the 'elf n safety/warning notes that come with it
Quote of the day "Happy birthday to me".

Good time in Wales doing gravity related activities Amazingly, managed not to stack it once in 12 runs. The afternoon was awesome. Off to Stamford Bridge tomorrow. I could do with a rest...."I spent most of my money on birds, booze and fast cars: the rest of it I just squandered." [George Best]0

Multi cultural me. If I had to pick a middle point geographically, it would be Al Kufrah UTD. To preserve your authenticity, I have chosen Mansfield Town for you.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0
