What's at the bottom of a seat tube on the inside?

I have an external BB, just wondering if something fell in there, what's the likelihood of something going wrong?
Cheers.

If it's a Hollowtech II BB then there is a plastic cyclinder that connects between the 2 external cups to provide a protective "sheath" for the crankset spindle. So no moving parts would be exposed to any foreign body that you may have dropped or has fallen down the seat tube.

It would be an easy enough job to remove the BB (assuming you have or can borrow the appropriate removal tool) and fish out what has fallen in there.

In summary you needn't be worried apart from the potential annoyance of it rattling around

It might not even get there.

    Just invert bike and shake.
