55.1 metric units ridden last night, felt fine all the way round and got to the same point on the road where my legs seen to give up. Same place EVERY time even if I've eaten etc. Wierd.

Oddly, there is a section of road where my heart rate monitor always shoots up to about 250 bpm, it is downhill and i'm often not even pedaling. makes me wonder what (probably cancer inducing) device of evil happens to be in the area that interferes with the ant+ signal.www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0 -
