Hi all,

Need recommendations of a good bike shop or mechanic in Bristol who will be able to help me remove my stuck Press Fit bottom bracket.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Edit: booked in somewhere now

    Thanks,

Gave them a ring but they're were booked up until Tuesday. Shame as I googled them and they've got great reviews and their prices are the most reasonable I can remember seeing anywhere. They were able to recommend me somewhere else though and they were able to book me in for tomorrow so all is good.

The last time my bike needed some love from a mechanic cause he could give my bike the love I don't have the tools for I took it to Matt The Bike Man https://www.facebook.com/thebikemanbristol It was only fitting a crown race to the PXLR foks and took about 10 minutes and cost me £5
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

Well, the first shop I went to couldn't get the job done and because I was on my phone at work I just checked this guy out and dropped him a Facebook message. Fit it in straight away, got it sorted and charged a reasonable price. He was chuffed to have been recommended on here as well.

When I took a pair of forks to him in Feb he stopped the job he was working on and did my forks there and then, recently he put his book down and got to work on my forks. Was a bit of a sod to find the first time though. My contact was through Twitter, got to go back when I've built the bike and get the forks cut to length.
