power meter fail

Hi

Bought a cannondale caadx about a year ago and decided to buy myself a power meter for training.
Found a cheap stages power meter and even double checked that it would fit my crank... but it didn't. Thought i bought the one that fits the most bb30 cranks but instead it was the megaexo modell.

Do someone know which road bikes that will fit the stages megaexo, cant find any bikes that have the right axel, stages claim that 2014 and forward, gossamer and slk should fit but they don't if they have bb30?

Return it and buy the BB30 version ?

Convert your frame to BSA using a bond in adaptor then get a standard Megaexo crankset.

Then there is no need to remove the BB30 bearings from your frame.

Any BB30 or pressfit frame can be converted to Mega Exo as the Mega Exo spindle is 24mm in diameter.

You will need an FSA Mega Exo crankset to work with the Stages 'Mega Exo' left arm power meter.

the power meter is used so i cant return it.
also with the adapters, doesn't the chain line get messed up. it will be further out?

No the chain line will be fine because Mega Exo cranksets are designed to be used with Mega Exo external cup bottom brackets. The adapters will replace those and are essentially the same width.
