Fork upgrade advice

Hi All
After thinking about buying a new bike for a while I've decided to stick with what I've got at the moment and just do a few upgrades.
I've currently got a cube acid with a set of rockshox dart 3's on it and I'm looking to upgrade to an air fork.
My budget is around £200 - £225. Any advice on what to buy?

Rockshox Recon Gold RL or Reba (some in the sales sometimes). Check compatibility ie steerer and axle.0
