New wheelset for £300-£400?

I want to upgrade the Giant PR2 wheels that came with my Giant Defy as I've read they're pretty heavy.
Would it be a worthwhile investment in buying a set of Shimano RS-81 C35 as they get decent reviews - or can anyone recommend anything else for 300 - 400 GBP.

Must be compatable with an 11 speed cassette though.

Have the same wheels on my Defy and am thinking about changing them - probably a Xmas pressie.

Popular response to the question seems to be Campag Zondas - discounted heavily to £240 (from close to £400) at the moment from Wiggle etc.

If you want Aero Gainz spend an extra £50 and get Planet X CT45.
If you want some lighter shallow wheels can't beat Campag Zondas for value.
