Intense 5.5 pivot bolt issue

Looking for some advice?
I have an intense 5.5, think it's a 2008, and the lower bolt on the box pivot is just turning quite easily and not unscrewing. I had tried to remove it about 6 months ago to change the bearings but it seemed to be seized into the bearing race as all it did was start forcing the arm of the pivot out, any ideas?
