Looking for advice on rear wheel

Hi all, i have a 2013 trek fuel ex 7 and the back wheel (bontrager duster) has given up on me buckled/flat spot and makes grinding noise, can anyone point me in the right direction for a replacement it would need to cope with BPW uplifts, rough natural trails with small drop offs and jumps AM sort of riding and also not break the bank (christmas time i may get a 650b) , im useless with the mechanical side of things so bear with me
