Changed my chain and cassette - now can't get lowest gear

I changed like for like 105 11-25 cassettes over and made sure the new chain was the same length as the old one.

The cables have recently been replaced and they worked fine before I swapped these parts over. Now completely baffled.

No amount of fiddling with the barrel adjuster will get the chain onto the biggest sprocket at the back.

Any clues???

    What wheels?

Were there washers behind the cassette and if so were the same washers fitted for the new one?

Handbuilts - DT Swiss 360 hub and H Plus Son Architype rims

Yes, there was a washer. Made sure same one was used with the new cassette.

Before you fitted the chain did you check the position of the guide pulley wheel at the high and low limit settings and have you adjusted the low limit screw on the RD?
