grease is grease0 -
Is grease grease? Thought there was different types. My speedplays need a greasing, got some white lithium grease and some seriously purple grease-can I use either of those on Speedplay pedals.0

I use Finish Line Teflon grease which works fine. You will need something to inject the grease into the pedal. I have the Finish Line grease gun but Halfords have an equivalent which should just screw onto the grease tube - http://www.halfords.com/cycling/tools-maintenance/cleaning-lube/bikehut-bike-maintenance-grease-gun0

Would one of these do the trick?

The plastic syringe option has been absolutely perfect for me. Some grease escaping from the side on one set of pedals was fixed by purchasing new grease posts for pennies from chain reaction.
£40 for a speedplay gun or 52p for syringes from Boots.0 -
That would be fine to use.0 -
