Spelling nazi

I can be a bit of a spelling and grammar nazi from time to time and I get especially wound up with errors in professional print, so things like Dirt Magazine's garbled sentence structure and any company posting on Facebook without cursory spell checking is infuriating.

On the front page of Pink Bike currently there is an advert for Met helmets, specifically the Parabellum, which according tot he advert is "The choise of Hannah Barnes". Now am I being dumb but that should read "choice" right? Even in North America, it's choice. Yes?

Parabellum is a class of 9mm pistol and the etymology is prepare for war - on topic given the 'nazi' (sic) context.

Wait until you have to correct the punctuation and grammar of copywriters on a daily basis. Then you'll know the true meaning of frustration! And, yes, Dirt Magazine is full of piss-poor English. I've been tempted to go through it with a highlighter and mail it back to them.
