Decent frame with mudguard mounts.

Got fed up and cut those crud efforts off last winter and vowed never to have them again. So, want to have a bike that has mounts for 'proper' ones. Fancy disks and will probably have something built up (new frame or s/h and re-fit), especially having changed so many bits to get beloved how I want it.
Any pointers gratefully received.

Budget?
In that case look into getting a frame made for you in steel or aluminium, then you can spec it how you want0 -
Yep. Fratello disc would be the obvious choice. You can custom that as well.My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

I've a alloy synapse disc which I love! Has mudguard mounts and is available in a range of options. I have the 105 build in black. Sold a carbon px rt 58 to buy it. It's a great bike0

Kinesis 4s, just racked up 4k miles on mind, seem to ride it more than my summer bike these days.
Nice ride, clearance for 28mm tyres and guards and loads of positive reviews online if you search.0 -

proper gorgeous in my opinion (the black frame), and i'm likely to buy frame and the hunt disc wheels for a custom di2 hydro build very soon. the mudguard stays fit inside the forks and seat stays. (frame £900, wheels £350, mudguards £35)

Trek Domane? Removable mudguard mounts if we ever get a summer, discs if you want them depending on the version.0

Roubaix SL4 Elite Disc has removable mounts like the Domane, according to this article.

Also Genesis Datum might be worth looking at.

Kenesis 4s disc came on the scene and that was that.0

GT Grade Ultegra 2016 bloody brilliant 330 miles on my new one so far in two weeks cannot fault it. And I am usually a brand snob! Picked mine up for 2.4k with the full mudguards fitted and Schwalbe Ones tubeless on it.
Without stuff on it 8.5k which is not too bad.
Only change I did was to fit a shorter flatter stem 90mm, and slammed it
