About to mount SHIMANO RS81-C24

Hi,
I am about to mount new SHIMANO RS81-C24 with OPEN CORSA SL tires and swap my stock wheels. I will use Michelin teflon tubes.
My concern is that it says in the manual I found online:
"Caution:
• Do not use rim tape if using an inner tube either. Rim tape may make it difficult to remove and install the tire, and the tire or tube may become damaged or the tires may suddenly puncture and come off, and severe injury may result."

They come with blue rim tape pre attached.
So, should I remove the rim tape and mount without or how do I do it, I feel confused.
I have ordered the stuff so I am trying to prepare..
Thanks,
Anders

These are clincher wheels and therefore require a rim tape. If they don't have one the inner tube will puncture on the eyelet in the rim where the spoke goes through.
From page 5 on the link you sent.
Clincher wheel >
••Use a high-pressure-resistant rim tape for a rim. Otherwise, a sudden puncture may occur, and you may fall off the bicycle.
••When you replace the rim tape, use the one that matches the rim size. If you use a rim tape that does not match the rim size, a
sudden puncture may occur, and you may fall off the bicycle.0 -
They come with rim tape already sealed in place, that's all you need. I think it's saying don't put any *more* rim tape in there.
That's how it is with my RS80's, I suspect RS81 is the same.0 -
Apparently these need rim tape....
If in doubt peel it off and you see holes or not.0 -
Thank you for clarifying that, makes sense.
I'll keep the tape they come with and it shall be all good to go.
Here is a picture I found showing the blue pre attached tape from delivery: http://media.performancebike.com/images/performance/products/1500/50-1357-NCL-PAIR.JPG
