Leg is disgusting, had to change my bed sheets before date girl visits tonight. She would not be impressed with the sheets.
Trying to sort out travel to France for mid August, damn migrants making life harder for me, like sitting around in France isn't the good life eh. Then again I'd hate to be stuck in Calais.

35km last night followed by 48km this morning means my legs are dead. Not particularly large rides but back to back rides all the same.
