Yup, I'm about 15 miles west of you right now and I can confirm the grimness is about equal.
Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny though so I might rearrange a site visit to a bit later in the day and go for a decent ride first thing.Advocate of disc brakes.0 -
Grim in the North East too (isn't it always?). Forecast has now changed from it being bloody awful on just Monday & Tuesday to bloody awful all week. Great.0

Ok, I've never been there but if I understand correctly, isn't "grim" and "up north" somewhat tautological?Open One+ BMC TE29 Seven 622SL On One Scandal Cervelo RS0

In the Midlands it's as grim as a Brothers Grimm convention in Grimsby.0

North doesn't actually start until Cairnryan so 'it's grim up in the North of South' more accurately.
It's chewsday. Chewsday is shyte but I have got through some of it. Now I have to read the distructions and put an IKEA bed together for thing 2.

Pretty grim in Chester too. Had to make my own brew, the world is falling apart.
May go make some random topics on the forums for something to do as it is a slow day

No need to be bored sae15w40.
Go to Road general and ask what upgrade's for a Triban 3.
Go into Po Face and crack a joke.
Go to workshop and ask them how to tighten a q/r skewer properly.
Go to commuting chat and say you raced some tw@t on the way to work.
Find some TV presenter women for us to oggle at.
Buy a Go Pro so that you can film the next off/bonking Belinska MK2 epic.
Find a forest track, take a metal bar and surprise some descending crudders.
Read the Gulliver childrens bed instructions and tell me all about it.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -

Not a bad day today, sat in a meeting with out advisors today while the ridiculously hot manager presented to us. No rush to finish that meeting Off home now to download the photos from our Nou Camp tour last week she Stropteen and Strifey got a photo opportunity with some bloke called Neymar - anyone ever heard of him?

That will be a shock to the system (and he lifestyle). Where, when, how long, what category?
You do realise that this takes BB into the dizzy heights of real cycling, don't you?

Which one Matt?
It is probably the Shropshire geriatrics Sunday '3 Telford' roundabouts 1km criterium. The question for matt, is:
Does he take his dentures out before the race or does he buy the extra strong super plus deluxe Poly Grip?
I'll pay for it if he opts for the latter then he can't say we have discouraged him.seanoconn - gruagach craic!0 -
