Not sure if this is in the correct area of the forum, but anyway.

Bought a paradigm rxxxl saddle last year and the little logo lifted slightly and rubbed damage into 4 pair of shorts / tights.

Took the issue to a Trek dealer, and Trek have said they will replace the saddle, and after seeing the damage, they will provide the next approx higher value replacement from the Bontrager range,

So for rub damage to 2 Altura, 1 DHB, and 1 Pearl Izumi item, I am receiving Bontager race thermal bib tights, race thermal bib shorts, race fit shorts x2 (1 being swapped for Endura bib knickers)

Pretty damn good service in my book.

Just thought I`d mention as good service deserves highlighting as well as bad.
Trek,,,, too cool for school ,, apparently

Just a quick question: after you damaged the first pair, then the second pair and the third pair of shorts, why did you carry on using the saddle?

I personally would have stopped at destroying one pair of shorts.

    Just wonderin' like.....

Simply never noticed. Everything gets worn once then washed, I take them off inside out and it wasn`t till the wife pointed out the damage that I noticed it.
