Chain Coming Off Lower Jockey Wheel. Even After New Replacem

Hi all,
Look for some advice.
3 months ago I bought a '15 Lapierre Zesty 327.
1 month ago I noticed that my chain kept on coming off the lower jockey wheel, so grinded when running off the wheel, forcing me to stop and put the chain back on.
This was the result of a 'failed' bearing in the shimano jockey wheel, making it very stiff and not spin freely - says the store I bought it from.
They replaced both jockey wheels with new ones, no questions asked.
I recently went out to Stainburn Forest 2 weeks later, the same issue occurred, although only a handful of times.
What can be the cause of this? I have tried extra lubricant.
Anyone had a problem similar to this in the past?
Cheers in advance

The most likely are a stiff or damaged jockey wheel or the rear mech is damaged or twisted. Have you crashed on or caught the rear mech.0
