Out riding a big sportive today and this really annoying intermittent squeak kept coming from somewhere on the bike.Sussed it out at the end and was my shoes on the pedals.Ultegra 6800.Bike is pretty new with only a dozen or so rides.Used same shoes and cleats with no issues before.Any ideas?

Worn in ? Worn out ? Dirt between shoe plate and pedal ? Grease washed out from tension spring ? Shoe plate bolts need tightening ?To err is human, but to make a real balls up takes a super computer.0 -

Cleats were tight so will try a drop of thin oil on pedal plate.Thanks.0
