Upgrading Frame

Hi guys
I have a 10 speed Cinelli Experience 2012 with various upgrades (wheels, crank, brakes, seat etc)
I have been thinking about upgrading, but in order to save money initially I have thought about buying a dearer frame (and fork) and adding my current kit to the said frame with the intention of upgrading group sets in the future. I have been looking at the Canyon Endurance CF Frameset or Pinarello Marvel 30.12 Think 2 Frameset 2014.
My question is, can I transfer my kit - wheels, group set, saddle, handle bars across? are all bikes the same i.e the connections for rear derailleur the hole where the crank fits through?
Thanks
Nick

Same question asked here in recent thread, might be helpful 8)He is not the messiah, he is a very naughty boy !!0 -
I agree with the 'upgrade wheels first' advice. You will have a pretty capable frame in what you already have.
I'd go further and say that my preferred upgrade route would be as follows:-
Better wheels
Better groupset
Better pedals, bars, stem & saddle
Better frame and seatpin to match (if not included)
Build newer components onto new frame
Rebuild previous bike with original components as extra bike
Go back to the beginning.
