Currently have a combination of Oval Concepts 520, forged 6066 arms chainset with a Oval Concepts, BB86 press-fit bottom bracket.
I am keen to switch to a Shimano 105 5800 Chainset. Will this be compatible with my existing bottom bracket?

Can't find any data on the spindle diameter of your Oval Concepts chainset. If it is 24mm then you can probably just do a straight swap with the 105 5800 chainset. However if it isn't 24mm then you may have to buy and fit a new BB86/Hollowtech II bottom bracket, such as:-

Looks like it's a SRAM GXP pattern spindle, so 24mm drive side but 22mm non-drive side. So to fit a Shimano crankset you'll have to fit a new BB.
The good news is that the Shimano press-fit BBs seem to be fairly reliable. The one in my CR1 is 2 years old and still smooth.0
