New or used beginners bike
For downhill/trail use - hardtail
Price range is around £300 (if poss) as I wont be using the bike as much as I would like, anything lower than £300 would be great - but obviously it has to be worthwhile/in fairly good nick
Thanks

What do you mean by downhill? Just trails which go down a hill or downhill trails with big jumps, drops and rock?Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350

Both standard trails, and then downhill with jumps and drops - not massive jumps and no rock0 -
Either way you're unlikely to get anything worthwhile new.
Best you will get new.

The Calibre is the best you're going to get new. Forget about jumps and drops for a while.Transition Patrol - viewtopic.php?f=10017&t=130702350
