Have I killed my Scott Foil?

Had a bit of an accident - hit a cat going downhill at 40 mph, broken collarbone and cuts and bruises all over. I've had a look at my bike, difficult as one-handed at the mo', the only damage I can see is the levers have snapped, and the sacrificial mech hanger has bent. Amazingly the front wheel, campag zonda, is completely true. The only damage I can see to the frame is a scratch on the downtube which seems to have been caused by the bars twisting and impacting the brake caliper against the downtube. I have tapped around the spot with a coin and it makes the same noise as anywhere else on he frame. I can't see any hairline cracks anywhere. The scratch doens't seem to have gone all the way down to the carbon. I haven't physically been able to check the steerer column yet. But does this look OK to ride?

How was the cat?
It sounds like you may have gotten away with it but may be worth getting checked professionally if you can.Scott Foil - viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=129827790 -
Well the cat lost at least one of its nine lives.0

I've had plenty of crashes on carbon bikes, they take an impact well. Like you say it usually shifters and rear hanger that takes the impact.
Always worth having it checked by a shop if in any doubt though.I'm sorry you don't believe in miracles0 -
Check to see that the fork can still lie flush with the frame at the bottom of the headtube and not bend etc.
When you heal up, give a good what for on grass etc and see if it still tracks correctly etc
Carbon frames are tough though, people just build up a stigma around them because they haven't had one/can't afford one etc...0
