RBL Live On Jersey

Not one for wearing 'loud' cycle gear but met a group of riders at the weekend at Tyne Cot cemetery, Belgium who were on a RBL sponsored ride. All wearing a very nice (IMO) looking Live On cycle top that I intend to buy one of and wear with pride. Stupidly I didn't think to ask advice re sizing so will ask here.
Does anybody on here have one and can advise as to the accuracy of the sizing options please? I do not want to wear it tight!

Thanks' jason. Interesting because that size chart doesn't quite agree with the one on the RBL site which I have seen.
As you know cycling gear and sizing is often a bit of a game so was hoping somebody on here had one of these and was able to verify the accuracy of the chart as I don't like tight clothing. I have ordered a size large and will see how it goes.
