Bike Hire near Perpignan

Bit of a long shot but we're off on holiday to a place just SE of Perpignan in August and I reckon I can negotiation a day or two out on the bike. Not enough to warrant taking my own but if I can find somewhere to hire a half-decent road bike that would be marvellous.
Any ideas / experience? If they speak decent English that would be even better as my French is shocking.
