Likely to go handbuilt but just came across these. Any good for a under £280? I know the drawbacks - just curious.

Hmm, odd, no idea these were coming out. It fills the gap between the Ksyrium Pro (madness at £750) and the Aksium (very heavy).

For the last year or so I have been using a pair of Halo vapour 29er wheels with their superdrive hub on my disc commuting bike and have had no issues. It can be a bit hard getting tyres on at first (Clement xplor MSO 32mm folding tyres at present) but the wheels have been faultless - tubeless ready, very wide too at 21mm internal IIRC and lighter than the Mavic wheels with 32 spokes.Hmm, odd, no idea these were coming out.
