Police accessing Sun's phone records

So the Sun is taking the Police to court for accessing phone records. This is the paper that accessed Milly Dowler's voice mail messages and deleted some giving her family false hope that she was alive.
To be honest I think there are certain cases in which the courts should be able to ask if the claimant is having a laugh and throw them out of court with a hefty bill for wasting the courts time. Yes, the press should be able to protect their sources. But whining about phone records being accessed just smacks of hypocrisy.

Surely it's in the public interest to sort out the politician v police plebgate spat? Surely? You know, like publishing pics of 7 year olds doing Heil Hitler salutes. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)

The Sun's lack of ethics is nothing new.......“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”
