How to buy a disc brake full groupset?

So I may be buying a new bike and building it up from scratch. I want a semi decent groupset such as 105 5800 and the bike will have disc brakes. I really want fully hydraulic brakes but this seems to mean you buy the sti levels and brakes separate from a groupset? I could buy the full 105 groupset for under £300 then buy the brakes for about £380 but that seems daft. You can get the full force groupset with hydraulics for less than £600 but Sram wont suit the bike and I don't think campag do disc brakes - or do they? On a budget so need help. Suppose I could go 105 and then fit the TRP Hydros?

I was in the same position a few months back and I opted for a similar the route to the one you site as your last option In other words 105 5800 + TRP Spyres. The TRP Hy/Rd would be a step up from the Spyres but I have found the Spyres to be excellent so I'm happy with my choice.
Seems a bit counter-intuitive to spend as much on the Shimano Hydraulic STI's as you spend on the whole groupset.0 -

That's what I am planning to get! Not sure the Sram suits the Condor.0 -
Just done the maths. Think I can get the hydraulic shimano brakes then buy the groupset items individually for about £520.0

If it helps you can get OEM 105 from ebay (china/Taiwan etc...) in whatever combo you want. I've just bought 6800 and it was easy and CHEAP!
Eg:

But contact them first to get what you want at the price you want0 -
there should be a 105 disk hyrdo available soon....
but i would get a groupo 5800 for ~£275 depending on coupons and sell shifters and calipers and get £100+ back
you dont lose much selling 5800 shifters and calipers if you are patient.
also the rs non series hydro disc shifters RS685 + calipers full kit is only £311 from bike-discount and other € dealers.0
