Hi All

Picking up my new cube attention 29 this afternoon - never done alot of MTB but need to do something else to keep / get fit as I hit 45 this year and stopped training due to work commitments.

Cannock chase is most probably my local trail - although going to do a few nearer home to build up confidence and fitness.

Be good to receive any pointers on what to buy / do

Already have good Track pump and most tools (I am a bloke after all :) )

Cheers

Tim

Welcome and good luck, cannock is a brilliant place to start as compact and well signed. Plenty of off piste stuff if you want to and know your way around. Sherwood is easier if cannock is to hard to start with and hicks lodge even easier. If going out for a few hours get your self a hydration pack, tesco do a cheap one or pick up a camelback in the sales. Decent gloves and padded shorts along with decent footwear. Small pump will be required and spare tube unless going tubeless.
Too many bikes according to Mrs O.

Done hick lodge numerous times on my cheap hybrid and with my lad but good for a blast

Good hints about the shorts, got gloves and pump already will get myself spare tube, been thinking about a hydration pack so will get one sorted

    Thanks
