Not many options for tubular wheels with through axles?

I'm about to make the move to discs for cross, buying a new bike in the next few weeks. The bike I'm strongly leaning towards is the Focus Mares CX, which comes set up with through axles. My only concern is that, with the industry not yet standardised at all on cross discs, it leaves me with a narrow range of options when it comes to buying reasonably priced tub wheels. I can't for example, just buy a pair of Planet X carbon wheels, as they're for QR only, and they tell me the have no plans to make them with through axles.

I'm probably looking at custom build, unless people can point me to some decent factory built alternatives?

And should this make me think twice about buying the Focus?

Thanks in advance

Factory built tubular disc wheels are like hen's teeth just now. It may change as thru axles become the dominant standard, but for now just get some built to your specification by your local wheel builder.
